These are the new rules . I'm sorry i had to change them but i'm back in school and unable to handle all of the requests . To all those that had requested a banner and never recived one im really sorry . I went on vacation and when I got back I had 50 banners to do so I gave up.

Any why here are the new requirements:

1. You must be a non profit organization . Or if you are not it will require a link and something Iwould like (see list of things I want Things I would like)

2. You must take full responibility for what you want on your banner . If its illegle its the requesters fault and not mine.

3. You must add a link to my site from yours .
